The High Peak Kira 4.1 dome tent is a clever combination of comfort and durability. Thanks to a special aluminium coating, the outer shell of the tent is reinforced, which significantly extends its lifetime and at the same time reduces the temperature inside the tent by up to 17%, which you will appreciate especially on hot summer days. In addition, this coating provides exceptional UV protection with a factor of 80 according to the UV 801 standard. The tent is equipped with a DWR impregnation that repels water. There are also waterproof sealed seams that protect against tearing and ensure complete waterproofness even in bad weather.

Improved air circulation
A great advantage of the High Peak Kira 4.1 tent is the efficient High Peak "Advanced Low Vent System" ventilation system, which ensures air circulation at floor level. This feature works great even in rainy weather and helps to reduce condensation. Two large ventilation flaps ensure continuous airflow and allow a restful and fresh sleep even on sultry summer nights. The ventilation holes can be easily regulated from the inside by means of an internal cover. The extra distance between the inner and outer tent further promotes ventilation and reduces the risk of condensation.
Outside tent protects in any weather
The tarp has an advanced low ventilation system that effectively circulates air even when the entrance is closed, significantly reducing humidity and ensuring a comfortable climate inside. The entrance is protected against rain and wind, so you do not have to worry about unexpected weather changes. The spacious hallway with floor serves as a practical storage space for equipment and also creates a dry zone before entering the living area. A transparent window with a cover brings daylight in while retaining the possibility of shading. The entrance is designed with a side zipper, with fabric tape and sealed seams for maximum water resistance. Two permanent air vents with spacers promote a constant airflow and reduce condensation. Colour-coded poles make tent construction easier for less experienced campers.
The inner tent is blacked out
An advanced low ventilation system is also integrated here, which, together with the Vario Vent adjustable inlet, effectively prevents overheating or steaming. The bath floor protects against moisture from the ground and creates a pleasantly clean and dry interior. Handy internal pockets allow you to store small items so they stay handy, and a lamp holder makes it easy to hang lights for evening activities. The tent features quality SBS brand zippers and comes in a zippered carry bag that is made without the use of harmful PFCs. Durable 5mm pegs ensure stability even on tougher terrain, while sealed seams provide reliable protection from rain.
The High Peak Kira 4.1 tent is built with quality and carefully selected materials
The outer shell is made of durable 190T polyester with aluminium coating and UV Protect 80 UV protection according to UV Standard 801. The sail is also treated with a water repellent impregnation that is completely free of harmful PFC compounds. The inner tent is made of breathable polyester, which promotes natural ventilation and contributes to a comfortable microclimate during sleep. The floor part is made of solid PE material, which reliably prevents the penetration of moisture from the ground and ensures a dry environment even in the rain. The tent structure consists of flexible and sufficiently strong fibreglass poles with a diameter of 8.5 mm, which are lightweight, easy to assemble and well resistant to wind.

Water column
Indicates the resistance of the fabric and seams to water leakage. Indicates the amount of water that the material is able to hold before it begins to leak. The higher the value in mm, the higher the resistance of the tent. Each tent should have a tropical canopy with a water column of at least 2,000 mm, which is approximately the pressure exerted by a raindrop flying at 80-90 km/h. If you want to weather the storm unscathed, a water column of at least 3,000 mm is a better bet. A water column of 5,000 mm is recommended for normal hiking. For more demanding conditions, choose a subfloor with a water column of 8,000-10,000 mm.Specifications
