HMS GU05 resistance rubber set
HMS GU05 resistance rubber set
The HMS GU05 set of resistance exercise bands is a set of four resistance exercise bands used for rehabilitation exercises, strength and conditioning training. In strength training you can use the elastics very well as an auxiliary or dynamic load, in rehabilitation they are useful because they are not a direct load. The rubber gradually builds up resistance and the exercise is great especially after injuries to muscles, tendons and joints. The rubbers are made of elastic latex rubber and you can choose from four types when exercising. Each rubber represents a different level of resistance.
