The HMS SGN130 is a set of loading dumbbells that allows you to perform a wide range of exercises. Includes 16 discs, 2 short axles, connecting piece, 2 handles, 2 loading mandrels and caps. Combine the parts to create a one-hand dumbbell, two-hand dumbbell, kettlebell, parallel grip dumbbell, side grip dumbbell and push-ups. The discs are made of plastic casting and filled with cement. The set includes discs weighing 1.25, 1,5, 2 and 2,5 kg. Loading one-handed PVC axle ensures effective one-handed strength training. The parts for placing the weights are threaded.
