How to dry Jerky?
- Quality cuts of meat are stripped of fatty parts and tendons, then sliced thinly.
- The meat is then marinated in the "butcher's shop" according to a secret recipe.
- It is then unfolded by hand on grates.
- The slices of meat are dried at different temperatures for several hours and finally smoked naturally with smoke.
- Drying is followed by machine slicing, weighing on a vibrating scale and packing into bags with an oxygen absorber. In the end, everything is wrapped in a protective atmosphere.
