Isostar Hydrate& Perform contains sucrose, glucose syrup, maltodextrin, vitamin C and B1, calcium and magnesium. It is taken during prolonged endurance sports performance. Isostar Pulse bars are suitable before training or racing and during prolonged physical activity. They do not lack glucose syrup in their composition, guarana, vitamin B1, B2, B6, C, E and niacin, while milk chocolate takes care of the great taste, hazelnut paste and hazelnuts. There are 87 g of carbohydrates in 100 g. Isostar Energy Fruit Boost can be consumed by athletes before the start of training or during the race. It offers glucose syrup, caffeine, vitamin B1, B2, B5, B6 and niacin. There are 10 jelly cubes in the package.

Preparation / dosage
Isostar Hydrate& Perform: Mix 40 g of powder in 500 ml of water. Take 1/2 to 1 litre of the drink per day.
Isostar Pulse: Consume the bar before training or racing and during prolonged intense exercise. The recommended daily dose is one bar.
Isostar Energy Fruit Boost: Take one jelly cube before starting and one cube every 30 minutes during exercise. The recommended daily dose is 10 cubes.
