The set includes the isotonic drink Isostar Hydrate & perform powder, which contains 88 g of carbohydrates in its 100 g, 0.58 mg vitamin B1, 400 mg of calcium, 155 mg of magnesium, 800 mg of lemon-flavored sodium and 100 mg of orange-flavored vitamin C. The set also includes the Isostar Powertabs drink, which is suitable for short intensive sports activities lasting up to 1 hour and is used before, during and after physical activity. The drink hides vitamins E and C, thiamine, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium.

Preparation and dosing
