Isostar Hydrate & Perform powertabs allow the preparation of an isotonic drink. The drink can be used for short intensive sports activities lasting no more than an hour, during warm-up and physical activity and after the end of the load. You can take it before, during and after exercise.

Isostar Hydrate & Perform powertabs contain dextrose, maltodextrin, vitamin C, E and B1, calcium, potassium and magnesium. Sweetening is provided by sucralose and acesulfame K. There are 77 g of carbohydrates in 100 g. Isostar Hydrate & Perform powertabs are very easy to prepare, just dissolve the tablets in water. It can be consumed during training and race.
