Preparation
Protein shake: Pour 250-300 ml of drinking water into the shaker, add 30 g of the mixture and stir.
Protein soup:Pour 200 ml of hot water into the container. Add 30 grams of the mixture and stir well in the container.
Protein porridge:Pour in 170-200 ml of hot water and stir.
Protein omelette:Pour 75 ml of drinking water into the shaker. Add 25 g of the mixture and mix. Pour a drop of oil and the mixture from the shaker into the hot pan, turn down the flame, cover with a lid and fry for about 4 minutes. Then carefully flip the omelette and fry for another 3 minutes.
Protein pancake:Pour 100 ml of drinking water into the shaker. Add 25 g of the mixture and mix. Pour a drop of oil and the mixture from the shaker into the hot pan. Turn down the heat and fry for approximately 4 minutes. Then carefully flip the pancake and fry for another 3 minutes.
Notice
The ketone diet is not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women. It is intended exclusively for adults over 18 years of age. It is advisable to consult a doctor before starting a diet - and again after three weeks of following it. Ensure sufficient daily fluid intake, at least 1.5 litres.
