Preparation
Pour 75 ml of drinking water into the shaker. Add 25 g of the mixture and mix. Pour a drop of oil and the mixture from the shaker into the hot pan. Turn down the heat, cover with a lid and fry for approximately 4 minutes. Then carefully flip the omelette and fry for another 3 minutes. A scoop is equivalent to approximately 30 grams of KetoMix bulk food mix. One scoop is equivalent to approximately one serving of KetoMix. It is recommended to use a digital kitchen scale to get an accurate weight.
