Kinetic Rod and Reel Hellcaster CL 8' 2.4m ML 5-24g 2000 FD

The Kinetic Hellcaster CL spinning rod is a perfectly matched rod and reel combo for predator fishing. With a total length of 2.4m and a casting weight of 5–24g, it's ideal for a variety of lures. The rod is built on a CarbonLiner CL carbon blank with a medium to fast action, enabling precise casts and sensitive lure control. A Japanese-style split cork handle provides a comfortable grip, while the 4+1 bearing reel ensures smooth operation.

Carbon blank with a sensitive action

The rod is built on a CarbonLiner CL carbon blank, which combines low weight with high strength. Its medium to fast action allows for long casts and the sensitive detection of subtle bites. The rod is fitted with lightweight single-leg SIC guides. These minimise friction and promote a smooth line flow, which you'll appreciate when casting and playing fish.

Ergonomic handle and reel seat

The rod features a Japanese-style split cork handle. The split cork design reduces the overall weight and provides a firm grip. The reel is secured in a screw-down carbon seat, which holds it reliably in place. Furthermore, the carbon construction of the seat helps to transfer vibrations from the blank, improving your connection with the lure and bite detection.

Lightweight and reliable reel

The combo includes a reel with 4+1 bearings for smooth operation. The reel body and balanced rotor are made of a carbon composite, which reduces the overall weight of the setup. The reel has a machine-cut aluminium spool suitable for both braided and monofilament lines. The disc drag system gives you smooth control over the drag force when playing a fish.
