Sugar-free Sugar Crystal
Sugar-free Sugar is based on natural ingredients: erythritol and monk fruit. Erythritol occurs naturally in some fruits and fermented foods, for example, while monk fruit, also known as Luo Han Guo, is a fruit traditionally used in Asia. The resulting sweetness is created by combining these two ingredients, with no unnecessary additives, colourings, flavourings or preservatives.

98% erythritol, 2% monk fruit extract. Although monk fruit extract makes up only 2% of the ingredients, its exceptional sweetness contributes approximately 35% of the product's total sweetness, while the remaining 65% of the sweetness comes from erythritol.
Preparation
For hot and cold drinks, baking, cooking and sprinkling. It dissolves more quickly in water and retains its sweetness even when heated. However, it is not suitable for caramelisation and does not support some processes where regular sugar serves as food for yeast or bacteria (for example, in the rising of some types of dough or in fermentation processes).
Recommended dosage
Use the same amount as regular sugar.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
