The base of the Mix & Slim flavour is chicory fibre, thanks to which 58 g of fibre is contained in 100 g. It also contains sweeteners in the form of sucralose and steviol glycosides. On the other hand, gluten is not part of it. The 45 g pack is enough for 15 servings.
