CFM instant whey protein concentrate 43%, soluble maize fibre 25%, freeze-dried blueberries 15%, coconut milk powder (fresh coconut milk powder (87%), maltodextrin (8 %), sodium caseinate (5 %)), freeze-dried banana 5%, a complex of 7 enzymes: papain, alpha amylase, bromelain, lactase, Cellulase, neutral protease, lipase.
Preparation and dosing
Pour 4 heaped tablespoons of the mixture into 200-250 ml of water or milk and mix thoroughly.
