CFM instant whey protein concentrate 33.3%, freeze-dried raspberries 20 %, soluble maize fibre 16,3 %, skimmed milk powder, coconut milk powder (fresh coconut milk powder (87%), maltodextrin (8 %), sodium caseinate (5 %)), coconut sugar, mineral premix 2%, a complex of 7 enzymes: papain, alpha amylase, bromelain, lactase, Cellulase, neutral protease, lipase.
Preparation and dosing
Pour 4 heaped tablespoons of the mixture into 200-250 ml of water or milk and mix thoroughly.
