Recharge with low carb energy from Mixit. Muesli tastes great on its own, but alsoIt is ideal in combination with milk, yoghurt or a vegetable drink. Z a carbohydrate content of only 10 %, black and red currants with raspberries account for only 5.1 % of the sugars. Protein in a combination of vegetable and whey components will satisfy not only demanding athletes. In 100 g it contains 28 g of protein and 15 g of fibre.
