How to choose the size of a handball

• For adults: Size 3 is recommended for men, 2 for women, (18 years and older)
• For older adolescents: Size 3 is recommended for boys, 2 for girls, (17 to 18 years)
• For younger adolescents: For boys the size is 2, for girls 2, (15 to 16 years)
• Older pupils: Size 2 for boys, 1 for girls, (13 to 14 years)
• Younger pupils: Size 1 for boys, 1 for girls, (11 to 12 years)
• For mini-boys (6 + 1): Size 1 is recommended for boys, 1 for girls (10 years and younger)
• For mini-team (4 + 1): Boys play with size 0, girls with size 0, (10 years and younger)
