The NAVEE V25 is equipped with Easy Commuting Tech, which has an impact on three key features. These include car-like energy recovery and innovative tyres with low rolling resistance. The range is affected by three values. Under ideal conditions (load 75 kg, temperature 25 °C) it offers four levels of range:
- Maximum range 25 km - average speed 15 km/h on pavement
- Maximum range 22 km - average speed 20 km/h on pavement
- Maximum range 18 km - average speed 25 km/h on pavement
- Maximum range 15 km - average speed 30 km/h on pavement

The scooter is powered by a 250W motor with a maximum output of 600W, which ensures smooth acceleration and smooth handling of gradients up to 15%. The motor is powered by a 36V platform that optimizes energy efficiency and extends range. The scooter develops a maximum speed of 25 km/h.
