The Nike Pitch Team size 3 training football is designed for children aged 6 to 8. Balls of this size typically have a circumference of 58 to 60cm and a weight of 300 to 320g. The stitched construction is a combination of rubber, polyurethane, polyester and EVA foam. Inside, a rubber bladder maintains air pressure and helps the ball keep its shape. The ball must be inflated to the recommended pressure before its first use.
