Preparation and dosing
Pour 300 ml of cold water into a shaker and pour in the contents of one sachet. Shake well. Heat the soup. Eat 6 servings of the NUPO diet daily at regular intervals if possible, about 2-3 hours. One packet of the NUPO diet contains 12 servings of one flavour. For 1 week we recommend 4 packs of your choice. Six servings per day can be combined according to taste.
