It also includes vitamins A, D, E, K, C, B6 and B12, as well as niacin, riboflavin and thiamine. Nupo Vegan is very easy and quick to prepare and it tastes really good. You can replace up to two meals a day with it.

Preparation and dosing
Mix 60 g of powder (2 scoops) with 300 ml of water. Stir or shake well in a shaker. Alternatively, 40 g of the powder can be mixed with 300 ml of milk or its vegetable alternative.
