Preparation
1 scoop = approx. 15 g. Measure and mix in a shaker according to the recommended dosage.
Recommended dosage
Mix 30 g in 250 ml of water. Depending on your daily protein requirement, consume 1-3 servings per day, between meals. Maximum of 3 doses per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Storage
