Preparation and dosing
Mix a dose of 8.5 g in 150 ml of water up to 75 kg body weight and for sensitive athletes. Over 75 kg body weight or at high training level, mix a dose of 17 g in 300 ml of water. Consume 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
