Whey protein concentrate 31% (acidity regulator sodium citrate), sweetener xylitol, rice flour, Dried coconut oil (glucose syrup, modified starch, anti-caking agent silica), raising powder (raising agents diphosphates and sodium carbonates, corn starch), chickpea protein concentrate, polydextrose, cocoa, dried egg white, dried eggs, dark chocolate chips 2% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier sunflower lecithin), citrus pulp, aroma, anti-caking agent silica, thickener cellulose gum. May contain traces of soy.
Preparation
Pour the prepared batter into the muffin tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 12 minutes. The baking time and temperature depend on the type of mould and the characteristics of the oven. Let the muffins cool after removing from the oven. After opening the package, use the mixture within 2 months.
Recommended dosage
Mix 65 g (approx. 3 slightly heaped scoops) with 60 ml of water and stir until smooth. The daily dose should not exceed 65 g = approx. 3 muffins (depending on the size of the moulds).
