Recommended dosage:
Immediately after physical exercise, mix 75 g in 450 ml of water and drink in batches over 20-30 minutes. The contents are then washed down with another 200 ml of water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Use:
30 g = scoop.
Mix in water according to the recommended dosage. Once opened, store at 25 °C and use within 2 months. After mixing, undissolved particles may be visible in the drink. This is a natural feature of the product and is not a disadvantage.
