Cocoa beans in bitter Belgian organic chocolate

We first dry roasted large pieces of cocoa beans for a few minutes and then coated them in Belgian chocolate. We used cocoa butter as the fat because of its antioxidant content. Excellent for those who do not like too sweet desserts. Cocoa beans are packed with nutrients that benefit health. They are among the least processed cocoa products and are low in sugar, making them a healthier alternative for chocolate lovers.
