The OUTEQ FL7 is a compact, rechargeable LED torch for everyday carry. Three 351B LED chips deliver a luminous flux of up to 2050 lumens, while the body measures just 111mm. Thanks to its IP67 rating, the torch is resistant to dust, rain and brief immersion in water. It charges directly via USB-C, and the 18650 cell can be replaced with a new one at any time.

Up to 2050 lumens from three LEDs
The head of the torch houses three 351B LED chips, which together create a wide and even beam of light with no dark spots. In Turbo mode, the luminous flux reaches up to 2050 lumens, which is enough to light up a garden, a yard, or a long section of path. Turbo is a short-term power mode: as it heats up, the electronics gradually reduce the output to around 500 lumens to prevent the torch from overheating. For normal outdoor movement, High or Medium modes are usually sufficient, while Turbo is useful for moments when you need maximum light at once.
Replaceable 18650 battery
The power source is a single 18650 cell with a capacity of 2000mAh. Unlike torches with a sealed battery, this cell can be easily replaced with a new one after years of use, so a worn-out battery doesn't mean the end of the torch. An indicator light in the button keeps you informed of the charge status: green means more than 30%, red means 10 to 30%, and flashing red means less than 10%. In the energy-saving Low mode, the torch lasts up to 42 hours, and in Turbo mode, approximately 3 hours.
IP67 rating and durable construction
The body is made of an aluminium alloy with an anodised finish, which dissipates heat at higher outputs and resists scratching. The side control button is made of stainless steel, as is the clip on the body. An IP67 rating means it is completely dustproof and resistant to temporary immersion in water, which is significantly more than the common pocket-sized standard of IP44. Rain, snow or a fall into a puddle won't stop the torch; however, it is not designed for diving or continuous underwater use.
Six modes with memory function
A single side button switches between High, Medium, Low, Strobe and SOS modes. A double-click activates full Turbo power at any time, and a long press turns the torch off. The memory function saves the last used mode, so you don't have to cycle through from the beginning when you turn it on. Strobe and SOS are used for signalling; in SOS mode, the torch will last for approximately 6 hours. The two-way stainless steel clip holds the torch in your pocket facing up or down and can be attached to the peak of a cap to shine in your line of sight.
Charging via USB-C
The torch charges via a USB-C connector directly in the body, without removing the battery. All you need is a standard 5V and 1A phone adapter and the included USB-A to USB-C cable; a full charge takes approximately 3 hours. An indicator light monitors the progress: it glows red during charging and turns green when complete. This means you can charge it on the go from a power bank or a car adapter.
Pocket-sized dimensions
With a length of 111mm and a body diameter of 27mm, the FL7 is a torch designed for everyday carry: it fits in your trouser pocket, the glove compartment of your car, or the top pocket of your rucksack. Its format is ideal for daily use—small enough to be always on hand, yet large enough to be held comfortably in your whole palm.
