The Patizon D 290 S Anthracite/Gold summer mummy sleeping bag is an ultralight with a great ratio of thermal comfort, weight and packability, while maintaining all the technical features. It's just the right size and weight that won't get in your way, but can keep you warm on any summer adventure. The more experienced and hardy can use it from May to September, and of course, in winter it is great for mountain huts, winterraumas. In addition, the D 290 model implements a straight zipper on the front of the sleeping bag, which not only improves the thermal insulation capabilities of the sleeping bag, but also the zipper handling and volume after packing.

Anatomically shaped hood
A properly cut and shaped hood is the alpha and omega of thermal comfort. We lose quite a lot of heat through the surface of the head, which is why the hood is such an essential element of the sleeping bag. The hood drawstring is of course one-touch, but it is also located at the 11th hour to make it as comfortable as possible to access from the sleeping bag. The entire main zipper is, of course, lined with a feather-filled insulating flap to prevent precious heat from escaping through it. The straight zipper design makes the entire insulation more efficient and the zipper easier to use. Around the shoulders there is another insulation flap, constricted so that no Velcro or snaps are needed.
A smart zipper that does what you need it to do
Patizon sleeping bags use top-of-the-line SHZ zippers. In addition, they use smart semi-automatic sliders with two positions - STOP and GO. In the STOP position (pull downwards), the zipper is locked in position and doesn't undo without having to be secured with a button or Velcro. In the GO position (slider up), the zipper can be opened by simply pulling it to the side. Fast and efficient. The zipper is of course equipped with a nice pull tab for reliable and comfortable fastening.
Clever details and something extra
Inner zipped pocket is a matter of course. You just have to keep your camera or smartphone batteries warm. Loops for hanging the sleeping bag are also standard. Plus, you'll get a spacious storage case to keep the sleeping bag stored as it should and to keep it lasting as long as possible. And then of course you get the compression wrapper. Lightweight yet durable. It can compress an already small sleeping bag to an absolute minimum.
