Preparation
The ampoule can be drunk undiluted or mixed in a hypotonic drink.
Recommended dosage
1 ampoule (25 ml) is drunk without dilution or diluted with a hypotonic drink one hour before physical activity. The caffeine effect appears after 10-15 minutes and lasts 2-4 hours. Those who want to make the most of the stimulating effects of caffeine should avoid consuming it at least one day before the race. The caffeine effect tends to be individual, depends on age, weight, sex... If you are starting to use the Penco X-RIDE Shot, we recommend to try its stimulating effects first during training and start with a lower dosage, about 1/2 ampoule (100 mg of caffeine).
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost. Store in the fridge and use within 1 week.
