The Prima Makalu 230 Comfortable sleeping bag offers a spacious 3D blanket shape. Self-locking YKK zipper holds firmly in position and does not threaten to open by itself. It has a double-sided slider allowing independent temperature control in the upper and lower part of the sleeping bag. Heat loss is eliminated by an insulated cover band around the zipper. An internal insulating collar contributes to optimal thermal regulation, while the insulated bottom ensures greater thermal comfort at the feet. The Prima Makalu 230 Comfortable sleeping bag is made of Pertex fabric in the Czech Republic. Resistance to wind, moisture and water from the outside is ensured by unique Y-shaped fibres, dense weave in warp and weft, double-sided calender and 100 DWR+ PFAS free finish. The fabric can handle morning dew and short, light rain. However, it will also allow air and water vapour permeability, which guarantees ventilation and helps to ensure a good microclimate inside the sleeping bag. The strength of the Pertex fabric is enhanced by ripstop weaving.
