Preparation and dosing
Mix a 150g serving (1 aligned 250ml scoop) in 350ml of water in a shaker or blender until smooth and consume immediately. Take 2 doses (300 g) per day. For people new to this product, we recommend starting with 1 dose and gradually increasing to 2 doses per day or more. If you want a creamier drink, use semi-skimmed milk instead of water. The product is suitable for consumption throughout the day between meals or 20 to 30 minutes after training or 45 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Consume a maximum of 4 doses per day.
