Reflex Instant Whey PRO is a protein with up to 2 billion probiotic cultures, 200 mg of enzymes and 80 g of protein per 100 g of product. The strawberry and raspberry flavoured protein powder is taken before or after physical exertion and at any time during the day 2-3 times a day. Just mix it with water in a blender or shaker. A measuring cup is also included.

Preparation and dosing
