Preparation and dosing
Mix 25 g of product (2 aligned 25 ml scoops) in 300 ml of water or skim milk in a shaker or blender. Drink 1-3 doses a day. Consume immediately after mixing. Do not leave the already mixed product in the heat for a long time.
