Preparation
Mix 70 g with 400 ml of water and stir thoroughly in a shaker or blender.
Recommended dosage
Take 2 servings per day. On training days, take the first serving mid-morning between meals, and the second serving after your workout. On non-training days, take the first serving mid-morning between meals and the second serving mid-afternoon between meals.
Storage
Store in a dry, cool place out of the reach of children and the sun. Close tightly after opening, use within 3 months or by the expiry date if earlier.
