How to set your Roncato suitcase TSA lock
You can change the combination using the following steps:
1. Set the lock to the opening combination (factory default is 0-0-0).2. Press the reset button with a pen or other pointed object until you hear a click.3. Set your new combination on the dials and make sure to remember it.4. Push the PUSH button in the direction of the arrow.
The reset button will return to its original position and click. Your new combination is now set. To change your code again, simply repeat steps 1 to 4.
Opening the lock:
To release the zip pulls and open the suitcase, enter the correct combination and push the PUSH button in the direction of the arrow (factory default is 0-0-0, unless you have already set your own combination).
TSA lock
The TSA lock system, marked by the red diamond symbol, primarily allows security personnel to open your luggage during inspection without damaging it, which also speeds up the check process. TSA security officers can open and inspect the suitcase using this type of lock without having to break it. All TSA locks are marked with a code from TSA001 to TSA007, which corresponds to the type of master key designed to open this kind of lock. Keys to TSA locks are not commercially available and are only accessible to TSA personnel. After inspecting the luggage, officers must place a notification of inspection inside your suitcase and lock it again.
