The Rucanor Kelty Kneepad is packaged as a pair and is used to protect and support a strained or injured knee. Use:
Slip the bandage over the knee so that it is comfortable. The dressing should be tightened firmly but comfortably so as not to impede blood flow. If you feel tingling, buzzing or numbness - the bandage is tightened too tightly. You should be able to put the finger of your hand under the bandage. This will ensure that the tightening is correct.
