The Secutek SST-801A-LI photo trap is used for wildlife tracking, as a security camera to protect property or to control unauthorized movement in a certain area. It is a camouflaged camera that is designed primarily for outdoor use. The photo trap offers several recording modes. It can take photos, record video, or first take a photo and then start recording video according to the parameters you set. It also works in timelapse mode, which automatically takes time-lapse photos or videos at set intervals. It is also possible to set the timer, i.e. the time range in which the photo trap should be active. Another mode is the multi-shot function, i.e. sequential shooting, where it takes 1/3/6/9 photos in one activation.

The Secutek SST-801A-LI photo trap is equipped with a 90° camera. It takes photos up to 16 MP and video up to Full HD (1920×1080 px). With 36 infrared LEDs that illuminate the night scene up to 20 meters away, it can also be used at night. The device is equipped with three PIR sensors that activate the photo trap if they detect movement in its surroundings. The sensors occupy an angle of 120°. The time from motion detection to scene capture is 3 to 4 seconds.
The recordings are stored on the SD card
Photos and videos are stored on an inserted SD memory card with a maximum capacity of 32 GB. The recorded video may also contain an audio recording. Photopast Secutek SST-801A-LI is equipped with a built-in 2" TFT colour display. It can be secured with a password and 12 languages can be used for control.
Resists adverse weather conditions
The Secutek SST-801A-LI is powered by a built-in rechargeable 5000 mAh lithium battery. Battery life in standby mode is up to 6 months. Another power supply option is an external adapter (DC 6 V 1000 mA). It can be attached to the desired location using the supplied strap or mounted to a tripod or bracket using the 1.4" thread. Thanks to the IP65 waterproof standard, the photo trap can withstand adverse weather conditions including heavy and persistent rain.
