The EVA grips and rubber butt cap contribute to comfortable handling while fighting a fish.

Solid construction for trophy catches

The foundation of this rod is a full carbon blank, which gives it the necessary strength and power to fight large catfish. The construction is designed to withstand the extreme strain that occurs when fishing for these species. Reliability is further enhanced by the Shimano DPS M reel seat, which holds the reel firmly in place even under strong tension. These features give you control when landing even the largest specimens.

Functional components for comfortable fishing

The rod is fitted with features that make it a pleasure to use. The rubber butt cap, known as a gimbal, lets you brace the rod against your body to distribute the pressure during long and strenuous fights with a fish. The grips are made from non-slip EVA material, ensuring a firm hold in any situation. The Seaguide XBG stainless steel guides are smooth and durable, which reduces friction and wear on your line under heavy load.
