SiS Beta Fuel 60ml is an energy gel for endurance performance: one 60ml sachet delivers 40g of carbohydrates (160kcal) in an optimised 1:0.8 maltodextrin to fructose ratio, which increases carbohydrate oxidation and reduces the feeling of fullness. The gel contains sodium chloride to replenish electrolytes, and it is vegan, wheat-free, and aspartame-free. The recommended dosage is 1–3 gels per hour. The formula was developed by SiS in collaboration with elite athletes and scientists.

Recommended Dosage
