Each gel contains 40g of carbohydrates in an optimised 1:0.8 ratio of maltodextrin to fructose, which promotes more efficient carbohydrate absorption and allows for higher intake during exercise without unnecessarily burdening the digestive system. The gel has a more liquid consistency, so it can be consumed even without water. It is suitable for running, cycling, triathlons and other endurance sports.

Recommended dosage
Consume 1 gel during 30–45 minutes of intense or endurance performance according to individual need. You can take up to 2–3g of carbohydrate per kilogram of body weight per hour, depending on the length and intensity of the activity and individual tolerance. The gel does not need to be consumed with water, but a sufficient fluid intake during exercise is recommended.
