How to set the Solier suitcase TSA lock
You can change the number combination as follows:
1. Set the lock to the opening combination (the factory default code is 0-0-0).
2. Press the reset button with a pen or another pointed object until you hear a click.
3. Set your new number on the dial and be sure to remember it.
4. Push the button in the direction of the arrow.
The reset button will return to its original position and you will hear a click. Your new numerical code is now set. To change your numerical code, simply repeat steps 1 to 4.
Opening the lock:
To release the zip pullers and open the suitcase, enter the correct code and push the button in the direction of the arrow (the factory default code is 0-0-0 if you have not yet set your own code).
TSA lock
The primary purpose of TSA locks, marked with a red diamond symbol, is to allow luggage to be easily opened for inspection without being damaged. This also helps speed up the inspection process. Security officers can use this type of lock to open and check your luggage without having to break the lock. All TSA locks are marked with a code from TSA001 to TSA007, which corresponds to the type of universal key used to open that lock. Keys for TSA locks are not available for public sale and are only accessible to TSA staff. After inspecting the luggage, these officers are required to place a notice of inspection inside your suitcase and must lock it again.
