Jihočeské Jerky is made from 100% pure muscle meat, using 2 to 3 times the amount of raw meat per 100 g of jerky, which is dried and cured. There are 39-49 g of protein per 100 g. Jihočeské Jerky does not contain preservatives, dyes, gluten or glutamate.
