Simply mix the contents of the bag with water and fry. Depending on your taste, you can add sugar, other sweeteners or spices to the dough. Enhance the finished pancakes with fruit, cottage cheese or jam.

Ingredients
Wheat flour, skimmed milk powder, whey protein concentrate (WPC 80), micellar casein, dried egg yolks, wheat gluten, dried egg white, salt, thickener: guar gum, riboflavin dye.

Preparation and dosing
Mix the contents of the bag in 300 ml of cold water. Fry the resulting dough in a frying pan until golden brown.
