Leucine, hardener (polydextrose), Isoleucine, Valin, taurine, coconut water powder (from cocos nucifera), acids (citric acid, malic acid), aroma, beta-alanine, sodium citrate, magnesium salts of citric acid, Threonine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Lysine HCl, potassium chloride, sweetener (sucralose), acidity regulator (disodium phosphate), L-Histidine HCl monohydrate, Tryptophan, astraGin (from the roots of panax ginseng and astragalus membranaceous), L-methionine, pyridoxine HCl, dye (chlorophylls).

Preparation and dosing

For best results, dissolve 2 teaspoons (13 g) of the product in 500 - 750 ml of cold water. Shake well for at least 30 seconds. Individuals weighing 85 kg or more should take 4 heaping teaspoons. Drink before, during and after training.
