The VIFITO Z30 is a high quality autotraction recliner designed for spinal rehabilitation and back stretching, ideal for people suffering from back pain, muscle tension or prolonged sitting. Allows a smooth change of body position and helps to relax intervertebral discs and overloaded muscles. The lounger offers 4 levels of inversion - 20°, 40°, 60° and 90°, so everyone can find a level to suit their fitness level. The design is adapted to people with a height of 155-198 cm, the height adjustment is easy with a locking pin under the backrest. The foam rollers also help increase stability, giving you a greater sense of security.

Effective prevention of back pain

The head-down position is recommended by sports doctors and orthopaedists for safe disc release and also as an effective prevention against back pain and muscle strain. Exercise also has a beneficial effect on other parts of the human body. For beginners, it is advisable to use the setting marked 20° for partial inversion and gradually increase the inversion level.
Recommendation:
It is recommended to practice under the supervision of another person, especially for complete inversion up to 90°.
Start with a slight incline (20°) and gradually move to higher levels. Exercise regularly, ideally 3-5 minutes a day.
