Preparation
Mix 6.5 g (1 scoop) in 150 ml of water. Stir thoroughly, ideally in a spiral shaker. Unmixed product may affect the taste and sweetness of the product.
Recommended dosage
Take 6.5 g per day. We recommend taking with meals, ideally in the afternoon and evening for its relaxing and soothing effects.
