Preparation
Fill a shaker with 200ml of water, add one serving (75 g), shake vigorously for one minute, then fill the shaker with water to approximately 750ml. The finished drink should be consumed within 8 hours. Do not heat.
Recommended Dosage
As an energy drink to replenish carbohydrates before and during training/competition, it is recommended to consume 1–2 servings of VITARGO CARBOLOADER two to three days before the competition.
