Preparation
Fill the shaker with 200 ml of water, add one dose (75 g), shake vigorously for one minute, fill the shaker with water to approximately 750 ml. The finished drink should be consumed within 8 hours. Don't heat it up.
Recommended dosage
As an energy drink, replenishing carbohydrates before and during training/competition, it is recommended to consume 1-2 doses of Vitargo Carboloader two to three days before the competition.
