The SPRING Vulcano Cut Resist Pure pan with a diameter of 24 cm combines a five-layer material with a non-stick mineral-based surface. The 18/0 stainless steel outer layer is compatible with all hobs, including induction, and the triple aluminium core ensures even heat distribution and fast heat transfer. The double natural mineral-based non-stick coating provides maximum abrasion resistance, so you can use metal spatulas or graters with this pan. The inner layer features a stainless steel surface with a honeycomb pattern, the raised areas of which reduce contact between the food and the pan, minimising the risk of sticking. The SPRING Vulcano Cut Resist Pure pan has a closed pouring rim that allows for drip-free pouring. The pan can be used in the oven.
