- protects against complications of rhinitis (sinusitis, otitis media),
- helps fight colds and reduces the risk of viral infections by cleaning the sinuses.
Cleaning the nose (if the nose is blocked) improves the effectiveness of medicines applied to the nose. STÉRIMARTM sprays are used by physiotherapists in the treatment of bronchitis.

Manual

For first use, spray once empty to loosen the nozzle. Gently insert the nozzle into the nostril. Spray briefly once or twice into each nostril. Allow the excess solution to drain before wiping the nose. Cleaning the nasal cavity; Place the child aged 0 to 2 years on his/her side, sit the child aged 2 years and older. Tilt the child's head to one side and insert the nozzle gently into the upper nostril. Press the nozzle for approximately 2 seconds. Let the excess solution flow out through the second hole and then wipe the nose. Repeat the procedure with the other nostril. Use 2 to 6 times a day or more until the nose is clear. No risk of addiction compared to some drugs injected into the nose. If the nasal mucosa is compromised, a pinching sensation may occur with use. Designed for temporary use for nasal congestion. For routine nasal hygiene or moistening of the mucous membrane, we recommend using a saline solution (e.g. Stérimar Baby Daily Hygiene). After each use, clean the nozzle with warm water and dry.
