Instructions for use and dosage

Spray once at first use to loosen the nozzle. Hold the head upright and insert the nozzle into the nostril. Inject once or twice into each nostril. Allow the excess solution to drain and then blow dry. Cleaning the nasal cavity: Tilt the head to the side and insert the nozzle into the upper nostril. Inject once a day (press the nozzle for 23 seconds). Drain the excess solution through the other nostril and then blow dry.
2 to 6 injections a day or more until the nose is clear. No risk of addiction compared to some drugs injected into the nose. If the nasal mucosa is compromised, a pinching sensation may occur with use. Designed for temporary use for nasal congestion. For routine nasal hygiene or moistening of the mucous membrane, we recommend using a saline solution (e.g. Stérimar Daily Hygiene). After each use, clean the nozzle with warm water and dry. Suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
